Open the home page and choose the service you need (oil change, brakes, AC, etc.) or browse by city. Approve the location prompt if you want results sorted by distance — otherwise filter by city manually. Every shop card shows its rating, services, hours and a clear booking button.

Yes. Every workshop goes through verification before its profile goes live: name, address, phone, services on offer, and at least one real photo of the shop. Anything that doesn't match reality gets pulled.

It reserves a time slot at the workshop and shares your phone number and chosen service with them so they know you're coming. The shop will confirm or reschedule from their side, and you get a confirmation in your bookings list. Payment for the actual job happens in person, directly with the workshop.

Yes — go to My Bookings and cancel any booking that hasn't started yet. We don't charge cancellation fees. Repeated no-shows do count against the customer profile, so please cancel if you can't make it.

File a grievance from your account. A human on the gerage.pk team reads every grievance, contacts both parties, and follows up until it is resolved. Repeat offenders are removed from the platform.

Pick your vehicle or a category. Each SKU page lists every shop that carries it, sorted with the cheapest first. Message the shop directly on WhatsApp from the listing.

They are submitted by each parts shop and reviewed before going live. Prices can shift with the market — confirm with the shop on WhatsApp before riding across town.

Phone number, the name you choose to use, your vehicles if you add them, your bookings, and any grievances you file. We explain everything in detail in the Privacy Policy.

Open your Account page → Delete account, or write to [email protected] from the phone tied to the account. We action deletion within 30 days. Receipts older than 7 years are also deleted at that schedule.

Only the minimum: when you book, the workshop sees your booking name, phone number and the service requested. Nothing more. They never see your past bookings with other shops.

Go to the workshop portal at workshop.gerage.pk and sign in with phone. Add the shop name, address, services, photos and hours. Approval usually takes under 24 hours. There is no listing fee.
