gerage.pk is operated from Pakistan and is not subject to §5 TMG, but we keep an Impressum-style page anyway. It tells you exactly who is responsible for the site, who to contact for what, and where the legal documents live. Use it as a single reference point for everything publisher-related.

gerage.pk does not target EU residents and does not appoint an EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR. EU residents who nonetheless interact with the platform can exercise their data rights by writing to [email protected].
Dispute resolution
We aren't obliged to and don't take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Grievances against workshops listed on the platform are handled by the gerage.pk grievance process — see /contact and /terms.
Liability for content
The platform aggregates listings, photos and reviews submitted by third parties (workshops, drivers). We do not continuously monitor every submission, but we remove content quickly once we become aware that it is unlawful. To report such content, write to [email protected] with a link and a brief description.
Liability for links
gerage.pk links out to third-party sites (workshop websites, parts shop social media). At the time the link was added the destination was lawful as far as we could tell. We have no control over what those sites do later; if a destination becomes unlawful, tell us and we will remove the link.
